VNA carries out promotion on flights between HCMC and Hanoi
On October 27, Vietnam Airlines (VNA) announced it would offer a promotional programme, “The same-price flight”, for flights between Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC).
Accordingly, passengers can fly from Hanoi to HCMC and vice versa with the same price of VND 1.45 million, excluding taxes and additional fees, a 34 percent decrease against normal tariffs.
The carrier will sell all tickets at a low fare with booking in Q class on flights VN 1171 departing from Hanoi to HCMC at 10 pm and VN 1166 from HCMC to Hanoi at 5.30 am.
The programme is applied to passengers buying tickets from now until March 28, 2012 and for flights between October 30, 2011 and March 28, 2012, except the New Year holiday from December 30, 2011 to January 2, 2012 and the Lunar New Year holiday from January 7 to January 26, 2012 and on the HCMC – Hanoi route and vice versa from January 25 to February 13, 2012.
