Russian reps to join FAM trips in Quang Nam

Representatives from Russian travel agencies and media organisations will join familiarisation (FAM) trips to destinations in Quang Nam on June 21-26, the provincial department of culture, sport and tourism confirmed on May 14.
Representatives from Russian travel agencies and media organisations will join familiarisation (FAM) trips to destinations in Quang Nam on June 21-26, the provincial department of culture, sport and tourism confirmed on May 14.
The trips will stop at the newly-opened Phu Ninh eco-tourism resort, 7km west of the province's Tam Ky city.
The resort covers a mostly forested area of 23,000ha, including a 3,400ha lake with 30 islets.
The site is ideal for kayaking, camping, trekking and relaxing by hot springs.
Visitors will also tour a silk village and enjoy a cuisine festival night, community tours and night art performances in Hoi An town.
Last year, 400 visitors from Russian travel agencies joined FAM trips to Hoi An.
